Changeable humans do not have the authority to change God’s Word, and only the foolish will try to change it which they cannot (Proverbs 30:5-6 Revelation 22:18-19 Deuteronomy 4:2).Ĥ) Change Requires Living above Circumstances and Conditions ![]() His truth, standards, and way of salvation will never change (John 14:6). He also said, “ For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished.” If God’s character does not change, then His Word does not change. However, Jesus Christ strongly validated the Scriptures and called them “truth” (John 17:17). Some people think that God’s Word must change or adapt to keep up with the times. We grow in Christ (2 Peter 3:18), and growth requires change. And as such, the Christian life is an ongoing series of changes as we grow in knowledge, faith, and holiness (1 Peter 1:16 Hebrews 12:14). As the Holy Spirit works within us, we find that “ the old has gone, the new is here!” (2 Corinthians 5:17). Our thoughts, values, and actions change to line up with God’s Word. In fact, we are born again according to John 3:3 – “ Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Our ideas change. Remember the Lᴏʀᴅ in everything you do, and he will show you the right way.Once we are “ in Christ,” everything changes. I will teach you the way you should go I will instruct you and advise you. -Psalm 32:8, GNTD Your word is a lamp to guide me and a light for my path. -Psalm 119:105, GNTD Trust in the Lᴏʀᴅ with all your heart. Joshua 1:9, GNTD God will guide and help you. Deuteronomy 31:8, GNTD Remember that I have commanded you to be determined and confident! Do not be afraid or discouraged, for I, the Lᴏʀᴅ your God, am with you wherever you go. He will not fail you or abandon you, so do not lose courage or be afraid. For God has said, ‘I will never leave you I will never abandon you. -Hebrews 13:5, GNTD The Lᴏʀᴅ himself will lead you and be with you. Keep your lives free from the love of money, and be satisfied with what you have. Malachi 3:6, GNTD Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
